Born in New York and scaled in Cape Town. Cliffton Pomme Classique is a premium, low-alcohol sparkling wine brand built from the ground up by D&P. We spearheaded every phase of this global venture—from initial concept and product development to business planning, trade development, and international distribution. By partnering with South African communities, we created a scalable, premium brand that directly supports local agriculture.
